Technology Guidance Program

Since 2000, the Regulatory Agencies have published various guidance as it pertains to Technology. During 2003 and 2004 the FFIEC began re-writing the Information Technology Examination Handbook. As we go forward this decade, the Regulators will continue to provide us with more guidance on Technology.

RLR offers a “Technology Guidance Program” to Financial Institutions that provides the opportunity to receive timely updates as publications are issued from the regulating agencies (FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, DFI and OTS). As part of the program, RLR notifies the Financial Institution within thirty (30) days of issuance either via email or written correspondence of the newly published guidance and a summary of the affect on your Institution. This is an annual subscription beginning January 1 of each year.

Core Processing Analysis, Selection and Conversion Management

RLR’s process framework involves the development of a technology strategy for existing products and services, as well as the development of requirements needed to create a representative Request for Information/Request for Proposal (RFI/RFP) and technology solution decision that maps to current and future business needs.
