Liz Toton, an Associate Consultant of RLR Management Consulting, Inc., has over 30 years of banking experience in Loan Servicing Management, Information Technology and Internet Banking, which includes 13 years as an independent banking consultant working with small to large banks. Her wide range of experience includes Loan Servicing Management, Project Management, System Conversion Management and Support and Database Analysis. Ms. Toton has a high degree of technical understanding and expertise in all areas of systems including Banking Applications and Desktop Software, most specifically with the ITI banking system and Microsoft software products.

- Restructured and managed centralized note department in Business Banking division of mid-sized Southern California bank.
- Developed Note Department / Loan Servicing procedures for ITI, Jack Henry 20/20 and Bankpac systems for several Southern California banks.
- Performed Loan Servicing workflow analysis, specification (parameter) review and best practices review for several banks.
- Smaller loan-related projects include: onsite training, SBA/Colson reconcilement, loan boarding and callback assistance, issue resolution
Project Management / Conversion and De Novo Implementation
- Provided project management, parameter setup and implementation services for several de novo and conversion projects.
- Developed data processing, item processing, and ATM pricing models to assist several Southern California de novo banks with core system decisions.
- Managed developed and implemented project to standardize depository products for six separate ITI institutions within two holding companies for two mid-size California banks.
- Successfully implemented Internet Banking products to 52 financial institutions during a one-year period, resulting in $500k in company revenue.
- Managed several Internet Banking and Billpay conversions for large institutions to successful completion
