Ruth L. Razook

Ruth L. Razook is CEO of RLR Management Consulting, Inc. (RLR). In 1988, Ruth founded RLR to serve community banks, primarily in the southern California region. RLR is now a nationwide consulting firm focused on providing high quality consulting assistance to financial institutions in the areas of corporate strategy, organizational analysis, operations and project management, information technology and payments.

RLR has served hundreds of clients nationwide, from De Novo Banks to multi-billion dollar Financial Services companies; from Community Banks to mid-sized Regional Banks and Credit Unions. In addition, RLR provides consulting services to Third Party Service Providers.

RLR consultants possess strong capabilities and broad experience assisting clients in assessing their current environment, formulating new and creative tactical and strategic alternatives, and implementing positive change. Our staff is comprised of seasoned professionals with extensive banking and technology management experience.

Ruth's prior experience to RLR includes:

Over 25 years of experience at a senior and executive management level in information technology and bank management, including data center management, project management, system development and customer service.
Account manager for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Burbank, California, where she had responsibility for their Western Region Data Center, encompassing all facets of production, development and customer service.
Served with First Interstate Bancorp in Los Angeles as vice president and manager of systems development.
Managed the development of system requirements and vendor selections for numerous new banks.
Relocation of a 5 tera-byte data center for a major health organization.

Ms. Razook is an alumnus of the University of California, Los Angeles and a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
