Becky McClellan, an Associate Consultant of RLR Management Consulting, Inc., has over 30 years of experience in financial institutions and consulting. She has managed financial institution projects in technology, compliance, operations, and loans. Her experience in the financial industry includes management of communications, central operations, and central note departments for a $900 million southern California bank, and administration of a De Novo bank in Orange County.

- Branch administration for a southern California de novo bank. Direct responsibility included establishing and ongoing management of all core systems necessary for branch operations, network systems design and implementation, electronic funds transfer systems item processing and reconciliation
- Integration and ongoing management of back office operations, as part of a four bank merger, into one central services department encompassing operations and loan processing for a large southern California bank
- Managed the communications department for a $500 million southern California bank for eight years responsible for writing policies and procedures geared towards streamlining functions in operations, loans, human resources, and compliance
- Member of the conversion team for operations, loans, and item processing on more than 20 bank data processing conversions
