Mr. Hildt ("Rob") is a senior financial services executive with more than 30 years of experience in banking. He has proven expertise in commercial, consumer and SBA credit, business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and personnel management. The majority of his banking career has been in senior management of community banks.
His experience includes:

As founding President/CEO, he has organized, opened, and managed two premier community banks to serve businesses and professionals.

Served as a financial consultant and proposed bank President/CEO to assist Wal-Mart in purchasing an Orange County bank.

Served as part of the management team of $50 billion Home Savings of America where he established a Business Banking/SBA and Government Lending Division in California.

Many years of experience as Chief Credit Officer for several premier community banks.

Specialized consulting in organizing new banks, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, loan reviews, and assisting small businesses with capital raising, debt restructuring, bank workouts, and strategic alternatives.
Mr. Hildt is a veteran having served in Vietnam in the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps. He holds degrees from the University of Arizona, Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, and the New York Institute of Finance. He is an Adjunct Professor of Banking & Finance at National University.
