Mr. Griffin joined RLR in 2009, after 3 years with Community Bancorp where he was Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the multi-bank holding company. Prior to Community Bancorp, he held CIO positions with Pentech Financial and Heritage Commerce Corp, both in Silicon Valley. He brings 20 years of IT and bank management experience to RLR from the California and Nevada markets.
