
John Neely
Mr. Neely joins RLR Management Consulting, Inc. as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. John brings to RLR over 30 years of financial industry experience with emphasis on product solutions to the Community Banking Industry and broad experience in financial services sales, account development and sales disciplines.
His extensive experience includes positions with the California Bankers Association, ALLTEL Information Systems, and CheckFree. His banking career includes management positions with American Express, Wells Fargo, and Cal Fed. Most recently, Mr. Neely was with RSM McGladrey where he was instrumental in developing their Southern California Risk Management Services Consulting Practice, and directing sales of IT Risk Management Services to Community Banks in Southern California.
His experience includes:
- Creation and execution of strategies and tactics that generate effect sales, integration of services and support of services and products.
- Member of CBA Management Group, Committee leader of the CBA Savings Committee, E-Commerce Committee, For Profit National Bank Association Committee.
- Proven sales management practices to major financial institutions in West Coast Region of North America.
- Extensive management training and development of major retail branch banking operation, while increasing branch deposits from $20 million to $60 million.
- Executive sales experience includes high level management, sales and marketing, product design, production management, team building, quality assurance, business management applications, training, presentation, sales closing, negotiations, strategic sales planning and business operations management.
Mr. Neely is a graduate of the University of Louisville, School of Business with a Bachelor of Science and Commerce (BSC), Marketing Degree.
