Dan McGregor
Dan McGregor, an Associate Consultant of RLR Management Consulting, Inc., has more than 23 years commercial banking experience, all of which have been devoted to the credit function. Mr. McGregor began his banking career as a commercial loan officer at Union Bank where he completed a three-year formal credit-training program. Most recently, he served as Regional Senior Vice President of a $1.1 billion asset independent bank based in Orange County.

Held officer level credit positions at Comerica Bank and Community Bank where he was responsible for sourcing credit transactions and portfolio management.

Developed loan policies and has extensive experience in credit analysis.

Experience with highly sophisticated loan portfolios, loan workouts and developing new loan programs.
- Underwriting background which includes experience in SBA, Conventional (middle market-privately owned companies), Equipment, Real Estate (LT/MTN), Construction, Consumer, Letters of Credit (all types, including enhancements for bond transactions), Corporate (public companies), special purpose financings, and work-out credits.
- Managed credits both inside and outside of California, including the Midwest, East Coast, and Arizona with dollar sizes ranging from the thousands to tens of millions.
- Operations experience in being part of the decision process related to overdrafts, SAR's, Large Currency Transactions Reports, Cash Balancing, audits, credit policy writings, construction lending policies, SBA policies, and specialty policies (such as CRA).
- Experience as a work-out lender for both Union and Wells Fargo Banks. Mr. Mcgregor has been involved in current work-out consulting positions, primarily involving foreclosure, credit structure, Appointment of receivers (both ex parte and notice) bankruptcy, and SBA Liquidation Plans.
- Knowledgeable in the management and implementation of loan concentrations via a detailed concentration report as well as the ALLL report in terms of both general and specific reserve requirement.
Mr. McGregor is a graduate of Pepperdine University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
