Ruth L. Razook, CEO and founder of RLR Management Consulting
Ms. Razook established RLR Management Consulting, Inc. in 1988. RLR is now a nationwide consulting firm focused on providing high quality consulting assistance to financial institutions in the areas of corporate strategy, organizational analysis, operations and project management, information technology and payments. Her 25 years of experience includes senior and executive management positions in information technology and bank management, including data center management, product management, system development and customer service. Mitch Razook, President and COO
Mr. Razook joined RLR in 2005, after 10 years at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he was a Partner in the Financial Services Practice, and led the payments practice for the firm nationally. Chris Manning, Director of Information Systems Consulting
Mr. Manning is the Director of Information Systems Consulting for RLR and has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA certification). His experience includes 15 years in IT Management for a $3.5 billion bank and over 12 years as a consultant. (Detail)

Nancy Cook, Associate Consultant
Ms. Cook has over 30 years of experience in senior management for financial institutions. She has led cash management organizations within her banking career and has managed complex internet banking and cash management implementation and conversion projects as well as product development, bank mergers and customer product conversions from a business perspective. Monica Eppler, Associate Consultant
Monica Eppler, an Associate Consultant of RLR Management Consulting, Inc. is a seasoned professional in the financial industry with over 25 years of experience. She has worked in California in data and systems integration, information technology, loan and accounting operations. This includes 6 years as a data and systems integration project manager, 15 years as a loan operations manager and 4 years as an accounting supervisor. Employed by both small and large community banks, she has held a wide range of experience in accounting and loan operations, information systems, and project management.

Philip Griffin , Associate Consultant
Mr. Griffin joined RLR in 2009, after 3 years with Community Bancorp where he was Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the multi-bank holding company. Prior to Community Bancorp, he held CIO positions with Pentech Financial and Heritage Commerce Corp, both in Silicon Valley. Robert B. Hildt , Associate Consultant
Mr.Hildt ("Rob"), an Associate Consultant of RLR Management Consulting, Inc., is a senior financial services executive with more than 30 years of experience in banking. He has proven expertise in commercial, consumer and SBA credit, business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and personnel management. George Lanz , Associate Consultant
Mr. Lanz, an Associate Consultant with RLR joined our firm after nearly 23 years with Fiserv Premier where he was involved in developing strategic relationships with both in-house and outsourced financial institutions throughout the United States. Prior to Fiserv Premier, Mr. Lanz held sales and support positions within the Unisys financial line of business for 12 years. Prior to joining Unisys, he spent four years as a Lieutenant touring with the U.S. Navy. Ms. Strade, an Associate Consultant of RLR Management Consulting, Inc., has over 30 years in the banking industry including bank operations and project management. Her experience includes management of support services for a $2 billion California community bank, and various management positions in a large national bank.  She has expertise in retail branch banking, support services including lending and operations, training, and compliance programs with strengths in process/procedure development, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
